The sculpture seems a bit rough, but it is rather eye-catching. In fact, it somewhat resembles an eye. Naturally, of course, it it is placed with a view of the entire garden. Actually, upon stepping closer, you realize that there is something odd going on at the center of the stone. At first you thought that there was merely a small picture painted there, but as you approach, the image doesn't seem to move along with the rest of the stone as you would expect. Instead, it stays in a fixed location, even as the objects around it change perspective according to your own movement. The effect is rather disorienting. You might want to get a closer look. Of course, eventually you are done looking at the sculpture... |
